Romo’s fantasy company gets injunction vs. NFL

A company partly owned by Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo was granted a temporary restraining order against the NFL, preventing the league from contacting sponsors of the company’s conference for the next two weeks.
Michael Hurst, a lawyer representing The Fan Expo Inc. and its National Fantasy Football Convention, said that he became aware that the league was contacting the conference’s sponsors on Monday, asking them for information from last year’s conference, which was canceled. On Monday, Electronic Arts, which sponsored both the 2015 and 2016 convention, told the company that they would have to back out of this year’s …
