Olympic Tennis Center is not ready yet, David Haggerty is worried

ITF President David Haggerty showed to be worried and anxious for the Olympic Tennis Center which should host the Olympics in Rio de Janeiro on August. The Center is not ready yet and could not be ready for the start of the event. One of the biggest concern is represented by the reflectors. Many matches will be played in the night, so the lights are fundamental.
