The Raptors entered the fourth quarter at Air Canada Centre down 90-77, but they outscored the Pacers 25-9 in the final frame, including a 21-2 run to start the quarter.
Toronto held a three-point lead with 13.9 seconds to go, but the Pacers had possession and an opportunity to tie the game.
