Price: I feel cheated out of IBF rankings

David Price believes he should be reinstated to the top 15 fighters in the IBF rankings after his last opponent Erkan Teper was banned for doping.
Price (19-3, 16 KOs) was knocked out last July in the second round by Teper, who is still No.3 in the governing body’s rankings despite being suspended for two years after failing a post-fight drugs test.
“I have been cheated and I deserve something back,” Price, ranked fifth last June, told BBC Sport.
“The very least should be once I’m active again and winning, Teper is removed and I’m reinstated back into the top 15.
“Instead of being put to the back of the queue, I deserve to be back where I was before I was cheated. In any other sport that would happen.”
