DENVER — Manager Walt Weiss was ejected in the fourth inning and outfielder Ryan Raburn was tossed in the sixth during Monday night’s series opener against the Pirates on a night when the Rockies vehemently disagreed with home-plate umpire Lance Barrett’s strike zone.
