Ex-Brady teammate: Brady tired of fighting NFL

With the ruling on Monday morning to reinstate the Tom Brady suspension stemming from Deflategate, it’s logical to assume a summer of legal and PR battling is about to begin.
But what if Brady and the Patriots just decide to give up the fight? Most folks don’t think that’s the case, but former Patriots star Willie McGinest, now working on NFL Network, said Monday afternoon on the network he believes Brady is “exhausted” and will “do whatever the league wants him to do” in order to “move on.”

“I’m listening to people talk about fighting tooth and nail. Tom is exhausted. This was an emotional roller coaster for him, his teammates, his family the last year. And all he wants to do is just move on and play football. He thought he was over it.
