Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, April 25, 2016 – For four years now, Jessica Wolfenden and partner Stefania Gandolfi have represented the Cayman Islands on the NORCECA Circuit. The pair claimed a fourth place at the Cayman Islands Tournament on Sunday, losing to the more experienced team of Claudia Rios and Gloria Santoyo from Mexico. But Canadian-born Wolfenden’s name has become a synonym for altruism and compassion.In the next few days, the 28-year-old will travel to the United States – first to Miami and then to Virginia – to donate bone marrow.“First I will go to Miami to prepare for the donation and then to Virginia where the procedure will take place,” Wolfenden said. “That is something I …
