Jacob deGrom notches win in return as Mets sweep Braves

ATLANTA — Must the New York Mets go home?
Jacob deGrom earned the win in his first outing in 16 days, Michael Conforto produced two RBIs to cap a strong trip as the No. 3 hitter and the Mets completed a three-game sweep of the Atlanta Braves with a 3-2 victory on Sunday at Turner Field.
Jeurys Familia allowed a two-out RBI single in the ninth to Jeff Francoeur, but stranded two baserunners to earn his fifth save.
The Mets (10-7) improved to three games over .500 for the first time this season.
They won 7 of 9 games during their trip to Cleveland, Philadelphia and Atlanta, which coincided with Conforto being placed in the third slot in the batting order.
