Carrasco exits after injuring left leg covering first

DETROIT — Right-hander Carlos Carrasco is one of the reasons why the Indians’ rotation is so highly touted around baseball this season. Cleveland can only hope that the left hamstring injury he sustained on Sunday does not cost him too much time.
In the third inning of the Tribe’s game against the Tigers, Carrasco induced a grounder off the bat of Detroit’s Andrew Romine.
