Eden Hazard has admitted Chelsea are desperate to stop rivals Tottenham from winning the Premier League title.
Interim manager Guus Hiddink assured Chelsea fans his team would do “everything in our power” to beat Spurs on May 2 at Stamford Bridge, a match live on Sky Sports 1 HD.
