Promising Referees Course sees breakthrough in Niger

A ground-breaking course for Promising Referees across the continent saw the light of day with Niger hosting the maiden pilot project from 11-16 April 2016 in the capital, Niamey.
The course in Niger is the first of six to be held in the year across the geographical zones as part of efforts towards improving the standard of officiating on the continent.
