Curry pays pregame visit to Astros’ clubhouse

HOUSTON — NBA Most Valuable Player Stephen Curry paid a visit to the Astros’ clubhouse prior to Friday’s series opener against the Red Sox as a guest of Carlos Correa, who met Curry during Spring Training when the Warriors were playing in Orlando.
Curry, who sat out the Warriors’ playoff loss Thursday in Game 3 to the Rockets at the nearby Toyota Center with a sprained right ankle, spent about 25 minutes visiting with the players. He emerged carrying an Astros cap and watched the game from the Diamond Club. He …
