Horned Frogs wins Big 12 regular season title for the first time in school’s history!

TCU Horned Frogs ranked 4th in the country, made history after beating Baylor Bears at their Bayard H. Friedman Tennis Center by 4-0. Backed by 1816 fans, the most this season, the Horned Frogs secured at least a share of 2016 Big 12 regular season title for the first time in history following their 4th conference victory. The Frogs are now 22-2 this season, claiming 17th triumph in a row and also 28th at home. The Bears were 20th ranked team that the Horned Frogs have toppled this season! TCU joined this conference in 2012 and this was the first season in which they’ve scored 4 wins, with an ultimate battle against Texas Tech to be sole conference champions. In addition, the Frog came victorious against the Bears for the first time since April 2001 and 16 losses in a row. The Frogs wasted no time on the court, scoring straight sets wins in singles after a good start in doubles.
