Nearly two years after he was banned for life by the NBA for making racist remarks, former Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling is still attempting to fight the league and his wife, Shelly Sterling, in court.
The Los Angeles Times’ Nathan Fenno reported Thursday that the ostracized Clippers owner “has filed notice” he will appeal last month’s decision by a federal judge to dismiss his $600 million antitrust lawsuit claiming Shelly conspired with the NBA to sell the team in expedient fashion.
