Curry sitting out Game 3, ‘hopeful’ for Game 4

For the second straight game, Stephen Curry will not play for the Golden State Warriors.
Curry injured his ankle during Game 1 of the best-of-7 series against the Houston Rockets and the injury prevented him from playing in Game 2 and fully practicing with the Warriors. Not wanting Curry to further injure himself after the short layoff, Warriors head coach Steve Kerr told reporters Thursday that the All-Star guard will not play in Game 3.
