Judd Trump fought back from 7-3 down to beat China’s Liang Wenbo 10-8 in the first round of the World Championship.
The Englishman, 26, dropped the opening frame on Thursday to fall four frames behind but reeled off seven of the next eight to claim victory.
Trump, the 2011 finalist, will face Ding Junhui of China in round two.
