Bridges Roe is your newest Aussie Millions champion, winning Event #8, the AUD$1,150 no-limit hold’em accumulator for AUD$160,725. Roe defeated a massive field of 721 entrants on his way to victory.
The final day of the event kicked-off at 1 p.m. local time with ten players set to battle it out for the final prize. Roe started the day ninth in chips, having only 503,000 compared to the 1.292 million that chip leader, Alex Givotovsky started the day with.
