Appleton cool on England U21 talk

Oxford boss Michael Appleton distanced himself from the vacant England U21 job after his side knocked Championship club Rotherham out of the FA Cup.
The League One team progressed to the fourth round with a 3-2 win thanks to goals from former Miller Ryan Taylor, Phil Edwards and substitute Kane Hemmings.
Chris Maguire also missed a first-half penalty against his former club when the score was goalless but his miss ultimately didn’t affect the result.
