‘Wolves could have scored more’

Paul Lambert believes his Wolves side could have won by an even bigger margin as they beat Stoke 2-0 in the FA Cup.
Wolves recorded their first win in the competition for six years as goals either side of the break from Helder Costa and Matt Doherty gave them a deserved success.
It was the most notable result of Lambert’s tenure after he took charge two months ago and he feels he is now starting to make his mark.
“I thought we were great, I really did, right from the off. The whole performance from start to finish was terrific,” Lambert said.
“We could have been two or three up before we even scored. We look like a team that’s full of confidence at the minute.
