Zlatan Ibrahimovic has thanked Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho for keeping him like “an animal”.
Ibrahimovic, 35, has scored 18 goals since signing for United last summer and has been instrumental in the club’s fine run of seven straight wins in all competitions.
He was voted the club’s player of the month in December by United fans, and he says much of his form is down to Mourinho for keeping him fresh.
