Raymond named new lead TV broadcaster

ARLINGTON — Dave Raymond is taking over as the Rangers’ lead television broadcaster and former pitcher C.J. Nitkowski is joining as an analyst, the club announced on Friday.
Raymond replaces Steve Busby, who had been a part of Rangers broadcasting for more than 26 years, including the past four as the lead TV broadcaster. Nitkowski will partner with Tom Grieve as an analyst and will work approximately 100 games.
Eric Nadel, the 2014 Ford C. Frick Award winner, is back for his 39th season doing radio play-by-play and will once again partner with Matt Hicks, who begins his fifth full season. Jared …
