Brighton boss Chris Hughton has been named Sky Bet Championship Manager of the Month for December.
Hughton masterminded another impressive series of performances from his side, guiding them to 13 points from a maximum 15 as they continued their promotion push.
“Chris has made Brighton and Hove Albion the team that you have to finish above to win the Sky Bet Championship,” said George Burley, chair of the Sky Bet judging panel.
