Billy Joel returning to Citizens Bank Park

PHILADELPHIA — Billy Joel is returning to Citizens Bank Park in 2017.
The Phillies and Live Nation announced Thursday that Joel will perform Sept. 9, when the Phillies are in Washington playing the Nationals. It will be the fourth consecutive year Joel has performed at Citizens Bank Park.
