Calvert-Lewin out for two months

Everton forward Dominic Calvert-Lewin will be on the sidelines for two months with an ankle injury.
The promising 19-year-old had to be taken off after just 12 minutes during Monday’s 3-0 win over Southampton and manager Ronald Koeman says he will be out for “seven to eight weeks”.
