Paul Biedermann Mentor Frank Embacher Turns To Law After DSV Dismissal At Halle

Frank Embacher, the coach who steered Paul Biedermann to four World and 13 European crowns, is taking legal action against the German Swimming Federation (DSV) after he was told on Christmas Eve that his coaching contract at Halle would not be renewed.
According to Mitteldeutschen Zeitung, which broke the story today, Embacher, 52, is seeking legal redress for loss of employment. He says that he had been led to believe that a renewal of his contract for one more year was purely a formality.
