James DeGale is looking forward to catching up with Floyd Mayweather, who he says has a “soft spot” for him.
The IBF world super-middleweight champion is heading out to Miami to finalise preparations for his unification fight with Badou Jack in New York on January 14, live on Sky Sports.
DeGale was handed a tiara labelling him a diva in the press conference to confirm the Barclay Center unification fight that will see the American-based fighter put his WBC title on the line.
