Dak Prescott Reportedly Will Start, Tony Romo to Play in Week 17 vs. Eagles

Despite insistence to the contrary by owner Jerry Jones, it was reported Friday that Tony Romo will see some action at quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys in their Week 17 game against the Philadelphia Eagles.
According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter and Todd Archer, rookie Dak Prescott will start, but both Romo and third-string quarterback Mark Sanchez are expected to see the field at some point. NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport confirmed Romo would play, although he noted it “won’t be much.”
