Van Dijk, Fonte stay with Saints

Virgil van Dijk and Jose Fonte will remain at Southampton until at least the end of the season, manager Claude Puel has confirmed.
Van Dijk has established himself as one of the Premier League’s top centre-backs while Fonte’s contract at St Mary’s expires at the end of the season, leading to reports of widespread interest in both their services.
