Sturridge: I must stay positive

Daniel Sturridge is remaining positive as he tries to reclaim a first-team starting slot at Liverpool following injury.
The England international highlighted his talents on Tuesday when he came off the bench to score Liverpool’s final goal in a 4-1 victory over Stoke at Anfield.
Sturridge, an 82nd-minute substitute, needed just 56 seconds to find the back of the net in what was his second appearance since returning from a month’s absence because of a calf problem – it was his first Premier League goal of 2016/17.
However, he could soon find himself first choice …
