Hughes: Mistakes cost us

Stoke manager Mark Hughes admitted his side were their own worst enemy after a number of mistakes saw them fall to a 4-1 defeat at Liverpool on Tuesday.
The visitors had begun the match brightly and took the lead courtesy of a Jonathan Walters header after just 12 minutes, but goals from Adam Lallana and Roberto Firmino sent Liverpool into the break ahead.
A Giannelli Imbula own goal and Daniel Sturridge’s first Premier League goal of the season meant Liverpool cut Chelsea gap at the top to six and Hughes felt his side should have got more out of the game at Anfield.
