Allardyce agrees Palace deal

Sam Allardyce will sign a two-and-a-half-year deal to become manager of Crystal Palace on Friday evening, according to Sky sources.
Alan Pardew was dismissed on Thursday with the club languishing in 17th spot in the Premier League having been at the club since January 2015.
It means a fairly swift return to management for the 62-year-old Allardyce, out of work since leaving his post as England boss by mutual consent at the end of September after 67 days and just one game following a newspaper investigation.
The deal is yet to be signed by all parties but it is understood that negotiations have gone well and only minor details now need signing off.
Contrary to some reports we understand that no break clause will be included in the contract.
