Pulis confirms Schneiderlin bid

Tony Pulis has confirmed West Brom have made a bid for Morgan Schneiderlin and four other players ahead of the January transfer window.
Sky sources understand the Baggies have submitted an £18m bid for the Manchester United midfield outcast, who has not featured in Jose Mourinho’s team since November 19. Mourinho confirmed on Friday that the former Southampton man can leave if the price is right.
“I don’t want to say any more other than confirm our bid (for Schneiderlin). We have to be fair to Manchester United and the player,” Pulis said on Friday morning.
“We have made bids for about five players. Doing business with people should be done directly with them.
“We aren’t going to try and do everything in one window. It might take a couple of windows to get the quality in that we want.
