Pulis: We’ve lodged five bids

Tony Pulis has said West Brom have lodged bids for five players ahead of the January transfer window – but refused to confirm if Morgan Schneiderlin was one of them.
Sky sources understand the Baggies have submitted an £18m bid for the Manchester United midfield outcast, who has not featured in Jose Mourinho’s team since November 19.
Pulis admits he is keen to strengthen his squad next month as he prepares for the visit to Arsenal on Boxing Day.
“We have made bids for about five players. Doing business with people should be done directly with them,” he told Sky Sports News HQ.
