Chris Paul Injury: Clippers Star Injures Hamstring in Win vs. Spurs

Los Angeles Clippers point guard Chris Paul suffered a hamstring strain in Thursday’s 106-101 victory over the San Antonio Spurs, per Ben Golliver of Sports Illustrated.
Clippers head coach Doc Rivers said of Paul, “Day to day. … We got him out right away,” per Golliver.
Rivers added, “I don’t think it’s bad, but I don’t think you really know with a hamstring until the next day,” per Rowan Kavner of the Clippers’ official website.
This is another setback for the point guard, who broke a bone in his right hand during Los Angeles’ first-round playoff series against the Portland Trail Blazers last season. The injury kept him out for the rest of the series, which the …
