Le’Veon Bell, Odell Beckham Jr. Comment on NFL Not Fining Ezekiel Elliott

Both Pittsburgh Steelers running back Le’Veon Bell and New York Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. took exception with the NFL’s decision not to fine Ezekiel Elliott for his celebration in the Dallas Cowboys’ win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
After scoring in the second quarter Sunday night, the Cowboys running back hopped into the Salvation Army kettle situated outside the end zone:
