Wolfsburg refute Wagner rumour

Wolfsburg director Hans-Gerd Bode has dismissed growing speculation his club are set to appoint Huddersfield’s David Wagner as their new boss.
Reports in England and Germany claim the Bundesliga club have held talks with Wagner to replace current coach Valerien Ismael.
Wolfsburg appointed Ismael on a full-time basis less than two months ago, as a replacement for Dieter Hecking – but the team have won just two of eight games under his guidance and are only a point above the bottom three.
