Padres add Chacin to rotation mix

SAN DIEGO — Free agent right-hander Jhoulys Chacin has agreed to a one-year Major League deal with the Padres pending a physical, a team source told MLB.com on Saturday.
The club has not confirmed the deal, which was first reported by the San Diego Union-Tribune.
