Anthony Davis Injury: Pelicans Star Suffers Leg Contusion vs. Rockets

The New Orleans Pelicans will be holding their breath once again after Anthony Davis suffered a lower-leg contusion Friday.
He was injured during the first half of the Pelicans’ game against the Houston Rockets and briefly returned in the third quarter before being taken out for good, per the Pelicans’ public relations staff on Twitter.
Davis started the season injured almost as soon as the Pelicans began playing in preseason games. He played just six minutes against the Houston Rockets on October 12 before going down with a sprained ankle that …
