Matt Kenseth turned in a typically solid season during the 2016 campaign.
The Joe Gibbs Racing driver made the Chase on the strength of his two victories and finished fifth in the final point standings, posting eight top fives and 19 top-10 finishes.
“I’m proud we made the Chase again,” Kenseth said, “but disappointed that we didn’t have a chance to run for the championship after being eliminated.”
