Twins re-sign Field, 5 others to Minors deals

MINNEAPOLIS — The Twins added to their organizational depth on Thursday, officially signing six players to Minor League contracts with invites to Major League Spring Training.
The club re-signed infielders Tommy Field and Leonardo Reginatto; and signed right-hander Drew Rucinski, infielder Benji Gonzalez and catchers Eddy Rodriguez and Dan Rohlfing. The Twins also signed right-hander Alex Wimmers and first baseman/outfielder Ben Paulsen to Minor League deals earlier this month.
Field spent most of last season at Triple-A Rochester after signing with the Twins in mid-May after beginning the year with the Tigers. The 29-year-old has played parts of four seasons in the Majors with the Rockies, …
