Chelsea grabbed their 10th straight win in the Premier League in Week 16, beating Sunderland 1-0 thanks to a goal from Cesc Fabregas.
The win leaves the Blues with a six-point lead over Arsenal and Liverpool, who cruised to a 3-0 win over Middlesbrough on Wednesday. Manchester United narrowly beat Crystal Palace courtesy of a Zlatan Ibrahimovic winner, and Manchester City notched a 2-0 win against Watford.
