Blanco, Phils agree on one-year deal

PHILADELPHIA — The Phillies have their utility infielder for 2017.
Philadelphia agreed to terms on Wednesday with Andres Blanco, who will sign a one-year, $3 million contract. Blanco, 32, hit .274 with 12 home runs, 49 RBIs and a .795 OPS in 523 plate appearances over the past three seasons with the Phillies.
