Ex-GB sprinter Tim Abeyie handed four-year doping ban

Sprinter Tim Abeyie, who competed for Great Britain before switching allegiance to Ghana, has been handed a four-year doping ban, the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) has announced.
The sanction is included in the latest list of positive cases in athletics released by the world governing body.
