Welcome to DraftKings fantasy baseball, the Official Daily Fantasy Game of Major League Baseball.
The players listed below could provide difference-making stats for DraftKings participants today.
Michael Saunders: Recently inserted into the leadoff spot, Saunders could reach base often and score multiple runs when he brings his lifetime .702 OPS against right-handers (.645 vs. lefties) into a matchup with righty Ubaldo Jimenez (career 4.01 ERA, 1.36 WHIP). The outfielder could thrive at Camden Yards, which enhances homer totals for left-handed hitters such as Saunders.
Jose Bautista: Since the outset of 2010, Bautista has used a patient, powerful approach to build a .267/.390/.559 slash line against right-handers. On Wednesday, the outfielder could drive in multiple runs or rip a round-tripper at the expense of the righty Jimenez (4.11 ERA, 1.36 WHIP in 2015).
Chris Davis: With 131 homers and 337 RBIs since the outset of 2013, Davis has emerged as arguably the top power hitter in baseball. As a left-handed hitter set to possibly get a power boost from Camden Yards, the first baseman could go deep or drive in multiple runs when he brings his lifetime .880 OPS against right-handers (.737 vs. lefties) into a home matchup with Blue Jays righty R.A. Dickey (career 1.1 HR/9 rate).
Jonathan Schoop: With 18 homers across 344 at-bats since the outset of 2015, the second baseman has emerged as one of the best power hitters at his premium position. Schoop could drive in multiple runs when he hits at home against the right-handed Dickey (4.45 FIP in 2015).
Manny Machado: With 39 homers, 113 runs and 20 steals since the outset of 2015, Machado has proven that he can regularly contribute to DraftKings lineups in multiple ways. From his premium lineup spot, the third baseman will be poised to excel when he hits at home vs. the right-handed Dickey (career 4.33 FIP).
Stephen Vogt: With a lifetime .767 OPS against …
