Phils lose lefty Milner to Tribe in Rule 5 Draft

NATIONAL HARBOR, Md. — The Phillies thought they might lose a couple players in Thursday’s Rule 5 Draft.
They lost only one, as the Indians selected left-handed sidearmer Hoby Milner with the 15th pick in the Draft. Milner, 25, posted a 2.49 ERA in 49 appearances with Double-A Reading and Triple-A Lehigh Valley.
