Eaton to Nats; Giolito, 2 more prospects to White Sox

The Nationals acquired outfielder Adam Eaton from the White Sox on Wednesday for three pitching prospects.
Washington sent three right-handers to the White Sox: Lucas Giolito, their No. 1 prospect, Reynaldo Lopez (No. 3) and Dane Dunning (No. 6). Giolito is MLB Pipeline’s No. 3 overall prospect; Lopez is No. 38.
Eaton, who turned 28 on Tuesday, is under club control through 2021.
