Tulo back on track after key two-bagger

BALTIMORE — Slowly but surely, the Blue Jays are starting to see some signs of life at the plate from All-Star shortstop Troy Tulowitzki.
Tulowitzki got off to a well-documented slow start and the consistency has yet to surface, but there was cause for optimism Tuesday night. Tulowitzki delivered the big blow of the game with a two-run double that loomed large in Toronto’s 4-3 victory over the Orioles.
