– During an interview with The Calgary Sun, Canadian Olympic Gold Medalist Erica Wiebe revealed that WWE is interested in her. Wiebe, who won the Gold Medal in Heavyweight wrestling at Rio, said that WWE wants her to visit the Performance Center.
“Man, literally the day after I got home from Rio there were a half dozen people who told me there were two WWE talent agents in Rio and they said, ‘We need to talk to Erica Wiebe,'” she said. “They gave them my info. It was funny, I was like trying to beat them off.”
Wiebe also noted that she doesn’t have much time now to take them up on their offer. You can read the full interview here.
