Greece – Kravic’s double-double lands him Player of the Week award

Dejan Kravic 26-year old power forward Dejan Kravic (211-F/C-90) had a great game in the last round for AGOR and receives a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 9.He had a double-double of 20 points and 10 rebounds, while his team beat Promitheas (#9, 4-5) 104-97. AGOR is placed at 4th position in Greek league. They would have been even better if they hadn’t lost a few games earlier this season. AGOR will need more victories to improve their 5-4 record. It was one of impressive evenings for Kravic as usually he does not deliver so high stats. Texas Tech University graduate has very impressive stats this year. Kravic is in league’s top in rebounds (4th best: 8.2rpg) and averages solid 1.8bpg and 71.9% FGP.Second best performed player last round was Ioannis Athineou (194-PG-88, agency: Octagon Europe) of top-ranked Olympiacos. He is former international guard in his 2nd season at Olympiacos. In the last game Athineou recorded impressive 23 points, 2 rebounds and 4 assists.
