England U21s learn Euro fate

England will meet holders Sweden and hosts Poland in their group at the UEFA European U21 Championship next summer.
The team, currently under the care of Aidy Boothroyd, will play their Group A matches in Kielce and Lublin with Slovakia the remaining opponent they will face.
Boothroyd was in charge of the team for their most recent game, a 3-2 defeat against France last month, with Gareth Southgate having been moved up to take over the senior side, a job he has now taken on a permanent …
